At Envision Creative, LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our AI services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for the 30-day guarantee:
- You must be a new customer (first-time subscriber)
- The request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
- You must contact us at billing@envisioncreative.ai to initiate the refund
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations work as follows:
- Immediate Effect: You can cancel at any time, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Data Access: Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export any data before it is permanently deleted.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Through your account dashboard: Log in and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

5. Refunds for Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or issues that prevent you from using our services, you may be eligible for a partial refund. To request a refund for service issues:
- Contact our support team at support@envisioncreative.ai
- Provide details about the service disruption
- Include dates and times when you experienced issues
We will investigate the issue and determine eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
6. Enterprise and Custom Plans
Refund policies for Enterprise and custom plans are governed by the terms specified in your individual contract. Please refer to your agreement or contact your account manager for details.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- API usage fees beyond your subscription tier (pay-as-you-go overage)
- Custom development work or consulting services (unless otherwise specified in your contract)
- Third-party service fees
- Setup or implementation fees
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we will immediately suspend your access to our services pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before pursuing a chargeback.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
