While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envision Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
